Our service centers are equipped to host small group programs, with measures in place to maintain social distancing and adhere to government recommendations.

We currently offer 1-on-1 sessions and small group activities, including:

• In-home services, online programs, and essential community supports (e.g., shopping, exercise, medical appointments)
• Outdoor leisure activities within community programs at local hubs

Our Visitor Policy

We understand the importance of social connections for mental well-being. Visitors are welcome at Vital Time Care, provided they adhere to our Visitor Policy:

• Check in at reception with necessary identification upon arrival.
• Respect the privacy and boundaries of our participants.
• Follow health and safety protocols, including mask-wearing, hand hygiene, and physical distancing.
• In emergencies, follow staff instructions for a safe evacuation.
